Traveling Tikes offers free UPS Ground Shipping on all orders over $49.00's Once we have received and processed your order you must allow up to 48 hours for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped please allow 1-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays in the delivery time. If your item was ordered after 3pm PST on Friday your order will not be processed until that following Monday excluding holidays and holidays. Please make sure that when you are ordering that you give yourself enough time so that your package arrives in the time frame that we quote. For customers needing their package(s) sooner you may contact us directly for a 3-day, 2-day or Next Day Service quote at an additional charge.

* Shipping available to all 48 states * Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Box's, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Hotels, PMB's or outside the United States. 

* Please note that although UPS quotes via their timetable in the delivery time. Traveling Tikes quotes 1-5 business days as a safety precautionary net to insure that your package arrives in an prompt manner.

* During the period from December 24th thru January 2nd shipments may be delayed due to the limited schedule that UPS service provides during the holiday season.

The majority of our orders ship from our East coast warehouse. Traveling Tikes uses multiple warehouses in different parts of the United States to ship from. In many cases the product in which you have ordered may arrive to well before the 1-5 business days that we quote in the delivery time.

Order(s) that have shipped to the incorrect address will be charged a $20.00 UPS surcharge fee which we incur if the package must be redirected to another address.

Order(s) that are cancelled after they have shipped are responsible for return shipping and all other fee's that apply back to our facility. Cancellations must be emailed and received by Traveling Tikes prior to 3pm EST.

Our No Worries Return/Exchange Policy is simple and easy - if you're unhappy with something you've bought from us, you can return it to us within 60 days of your purchase under the following conditions listed below.

• We accept returns/exchanges within 60 days from the date of the purchase. However, we will not accept returns that do not have our return authorization number (RA). Customer is RESPONSIBLE for return shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product. We DO NOT provide a return label.
• Returns/Exchanges must be UNUSED, in the ORIGINAL condition you received it. Returns/Exchanges must be in the ORIGINAL BOX, complete with the REGISTRATION CARD and OWNERS MANUALS.
• All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card, PayPal, etc...) or as a gift certificate.
All return/exchanges will be INSPECTED as they are received. Items received in a USED, WORN, SOILED,WASHED,STAINED, SCRATCHED, ANIMAL HAIR, ALTERED, ETC condition are considered used and will be sent back to the original recipient.
You must ship back the item the way it was received....BRAND NEW!
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to your return if it does not meet the above return policy or refused and shipped back to you.

 How To Return/Exchange A Product:

1) E-mail our service department at adolcebaby@yahoo.com including your name, order number and phone number and a customer service representative will answer your inquiry within 1-2 business days.
2) You can ship the item(s) back via your preferred method, however we require a return tracking number on all returns. Traveling Tikes will not be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouses.
3) Once the item is received and inspected, a credit will be issued or a new item will be sent, as specified on your return packing slip. Credits are processed within 72 hours of receipt of return.

How can I sign up?

It's super easy to sign up for Traveling Tikes rewards! Once you have created an account you'll automatically earn points on every order if you're logged in. Click "ways to earn" in the rewards panel for additional actions.

If you have already created an account on Travelingtikes.com you're all set! Your Traveling Tikes and rewards accounts use the same log-in information

How can I earn points?

After you enroll in our rewards program you'll automatically earn 1 point for every $1 spent at Traveling Tikes. You can also earn extra points for additional actions, like writing a product review and following us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. 

Plus, when you refer a friend to Traveling Tikes, you'll both earn $25 off your order of $250 or more when friend makes their first qualifying purchase.

How much is each point worth?

After you enroll in our rewards program you'll automatically earn 1 point for every $1 spent at Traveling Tikes. 1 point is equal to 10% of the purchase price. Spend $100's and you will automatically earn $10's You can also earn extra points for additional actions, like writing a product review and following us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. 

How can I receive points by referring friends?

Friends give the best baby gear advice—and with Traveling Tikes rewards, both you and your friends will get $25 off a $250 order when you make a referral!

Log into your rewards panel to find your unique referral link, which you can copy or share via e-mail, Facebook or Twitter.

When your friend clicks the link, she'll receive a code for $25 off. Once your friend makes her first purchase of $250 or more, you'll receive an e-mail containing a code for $25 off your next order of $250 or more.

Self-referrals and referrals within the same household are not permitted. Referrals made under these circumstances will be canceled, and participants may be excluded from the program.

How can I earn points by writing a product review?

Help new parents by reviewing your new gear—and earn extra points, too! You'll receive an e-mail requesting a product review two weeks after your purchase.

You can also write a product review by scrolling to the bottom of the product page. Enter the same e-mail address used for your rewards account, and you'll be awarded points when your review is submitted.

Reviews can be submitted only for products purchased from Traveling Tikes. Points can be awarded for a maximum of two reviews. 

Will my rewards points every expire?

Yes, your points will expire if not used within 6 months.

However, it's easy to extend your points balance if you're not ready to place another order just yet.

Just leave a product review or follow us on Instagram or Facebook, and you'll keep your points for another 6 months (plus, earn a few more)!

Can I earn rewards for in-store purchases?

Rewards points are NOT available for in store purchases or transferable. You may however sign up online and make your purchase(s) as a in-store pick up at the time of check out at our Beverly Hills store.

Redeeming Traveling Tikes Rewards

What can I purchase with my reward points?

Apply your rewards for a discount on your next qualifying order. Rewards are available in $50, $75 and $100 increments. For example, if you have 500 points, you've earned a $50 reward.

Rewards can be redeemed on any full-priced item at Travelingtikes.com, excluding gift cards. Discounted or sale items cannot be purchased using rewards.

When will I see points from a purchase in my account?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll see the associated rewards points added to your account. Log into your account on Travelingtikes.com anytime to see your point balance.

How do I redeem my rewards points?

When you've earned enough points to qualify for a reward, you'll also receive an e-mail containing a reward code. At checkout, apply the code in the "gift card or discount code" field.

Someone purchased a gift for me. Can I use their points or rewards?

Gift givers will earn points on orders if they sign up for the rewards program or create a Travelingtikes.com account prior to placing the order. If the gift giver earned enough points for a reward, she received a code via e-mail that can be forwarded for you to use on your next order.

If the gift giver did not accumulate enough points to earn a reward code, points cannot be transferred from one person to another.

Can I redeem multiple rewards on the same order?

Only one reward can be applied per order. Our system does not allow for multiple codes to be used at checkout.

I referred a friend. Why didn't I receive a reward?

Both you and your friend earn a $25 reward when your friend makes her first purchase over $250. You'll also receive an e-mail when your friend redeems her reward.

If you haven't received a reward for making a referral, your friend may not be eligible because she is not a first-time Traveling Tikes customer or because her
first order did not meet the minimum purchase requirement.

Referring yourself or another member of your household is not permitted, and referrals made under these circumstances will be cancelled.

Terms and Conditions

Can I earn rewards for past purchases?

Only the orders you've placed after enrolling in the rewards program are eligible for points. Points cannot be applied to orders placed prior to joining the rewards program.

What happens to my points when I make a return?

When you return an item, the associated points you earned will be deducted from your account. 

If you have already redeemed a reward and then return the qualifying item, the reward amount will be deducted from your refund.

Can I combine my baby registry and rewards points?

Your Traveling Tikes Baby Registry's does not qualify for rewards points.
